We stand behind the quality of every product we print. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.
✅ When We Offer a Reprint or Refund
- Print defects: If there is a printing error on our side (colour shift, incorrect crop, damage during delivery), we will reprint at no charge.
- Wrong product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will replace it immediately.
- Damaged delivery: If the product arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 24 hours.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Low-resolution images provided by the customer resulting in blurry prints
- Customer approved a proof and the final product matches the approved proof
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Slight colour variation between screen and print (inherent to printing technology)
How to Raise a Complaint
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:
Please include your order ID, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to resolve all complaints within 24 hours.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
